Recently i'm looking for some slimming products, found a product name Leptin Green Coffee in Malaysia market, it was hot before but never bother it cox know there are fake product in market as well. While in my survey, i found some funny things & who is actually selling the real one??

here you go the story, at first i found this website: http://www.greenwich2u.com/, under the topic "What is fake?" there list out those were selling fake, as statement in picture below

科學研究發現，兒童過量飲用果汁會造成營養不良，而且果汁喝多了，母乳或配方奶的攝入量也就自然減少了。

多數果汁都不含蛋白質、脂肪、礦物質、纖維素、維生素C以外的其他維生素類，而是含有大量的碳水化合物（糖），如果大量攝入體內，可導致兒童腹瀉、腹痛、腹脹及胃脹氣。因此果汁並不能提供真正的營養成分。

另外很多瓶裝果汁實際上只是果味飲料，並非100%的純果汁。

建議媽媽不要給6個月以下的嬰兒飲用果汁。兒童睡覺前不宜喝果汁；1至6歲的兒童，每天攝果汁的量不得超過113至170克。

Millions of people throughout the world suffer from bad breath. Bad breath is responsible for the embarrassment and destroys relationships with family and friends. It may flatten your confidence and self esteem and may even cause severe depression.

Bad Breath Cause:
Bad breath is due to anaerobic bacteria that live within the surface of the tongue and throat, that produce smelly sulfur compounds when they come in contact with proteins which cause bad breath. Bad breath may be due to a number of reasons:

1. Bad dental hygiene
2. Gum disease
3. Tooth decay
4. Plaque on the tongue can cause bad breath where bacteria can grow.
5. If you do not clean your mouth after consuming alcoholic drinks, tobacco chewing, cigarette smoking, and foods like onions, garlic, etc., it can contribute to bad breadth.
6. Dentures
7. Bacteria in mouth
8. Heavy metal accumulation
9. Some disease like diabetes, gingivitis, esophageal cancer, lung abscess, liver disease, etc.)
10. Excessive use of alcohol based mouthwash like Listerine. If you use such a mouth wash before sleeping, then your mouth will remian dry for tghe whole night, which can cause bad breath.
11. Throat infection
12. Smoking
13. A deficiency of vitamin B and/or zinc may be the cause of your bad breath.
14. Drugs (Paraldehyde, inhaled anesthetics, insulin injection, etc.)

Bad Breath Cure : Home Remedy
1. Brush your teeth in the morning, in the evening, and after every meal, specially after consuming milk products, fish and meat.
2. Brush your tongue along with your teeth regularly.
3. Wash the tongue with baking soda dissolved in warm water to reduce the acidity in your mouth making a less-friendly environment for the bacteria to grow.
4. Brushing and flossingteeth regularly can rid off bad breath.
5. Clean and replace your toothbrush regularly.
6. Avoid mouthwashes with dyes and alcohol. Mouthwash containing cetylpyridinium chloride, chlorine dioxide, sodium chlorite or zinc may serve as an antibacterial agent, that can control the number of anaerobic bacteria in mouth.
7. Parsley, coriander, basil, rosemary, thyme, wintergreen, cardamom seeds, cinnamon bark, clove, fennel or anise seeds are great breath fresheners. Slowly chew any of these herbs and allow the saliva to build up in your mouth.
8. A study (Feb 2005) reported to the International Association for Dental research suggests that eating plain yogurt for 6 weeks can sweeten your breath because it reduces levels of offensive compounds produced by bacteria in the mouth by 80%.
9. Rinse your mouth before sleeping with a glass of water with the juice of half a lemon added.
10. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
11. Talk to your periodontist about gum and teeth problems that might be the cause of bad breath.
12. If you keep teeth, tongue, and mouth clean, you will not suffer from the problem of bad breath. You should take all care in cleaning your teeth by using proper tooth brush and adopting correct brushing technique. Follow the good oral hygiene rules. Bad Breath Worst Home Remedies
The American Academy of Periodontology has identified following most ineffective home remedies for bad breath. These remedies can be only temporary fixes of the problem, they do not remove the root cause of the problem. You should not try these remedies.

1. Excessive use of alcohol based mouthwash.
2. Chewing gum and chewing tobacco.
3. Vodka martinis or sour mash whiskey: These will dry your mouth.
4. Brushing with household cleanser: They contain poisonous chemicals.
5. Rinsing with kerosene.
6. Tongue piercing: Increases chances of more bacteria on tongue.
7. Intestinal cleansing methods: It does not help as the bad breath does not originate from the stomach.

1) Take a sample of the smell of your tongue by licking the inside of your wrist or the back of your hand. Wait for it to dry, then smell the licked area. If it smells bad you have bad breath

2) Stand in front of the mirror and stick your tongue out so far as possible. If you detect that the back of your tongue is whitish, it could be a sign that you have bad mouth odour.

3) If at all possible, one of the finest and most truthful methods to test whether you have bad mouth odor is to ask the opinion of someone close to you or whom you can have faith in. The truth might be ugly but the answer will certainly be an honest and therefor use one.

4) One fast strategy that dentists use to check for dragon breath that you may also try at home is to wipe the top surface of the tongue with a bit of cotton swab and then smelling the odour on the cotton. What causes dark circles under the eyes
Dark Circles under eyes are generally due to a lack of sleep, fatigue, stress, deficiency or some disease.
Dark circles may be hereditary.
Nasal congestion can also cause dark under eye circles.
Chronic atopic eczema on skin can cause dark circles.
Dark circles under eyes may also be due to aging which thins the skin around the eyes.
Eyelid swelling or eye puffiness can produce shadows producing light dark eye circles.

Try one home remedy at a time to get rid of the dark circles.
Dark Circle:
Drink at least ten glasses of water everyday.
Take all precautions to avoid strain on the eyes.
Eight hours of sleep is a must for all of us, specially for people having dark circles under their eyes.
Do not leave cream on the skin around the eyes for long periods. Remove the cream applied around the eye after 10 min. No cream should be left on the skin around the eyes for long periods.
Close your eyes and cover eyelids with slices of raw potato or cucumber for 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water and apply a cream.
Make a 1:1 mixture of fresh potato and cucumber juices. Soak some cotton and put on your eyelids and keep for 20 minutes. Wash your eyes with cold water.
Apply a mixture of lemon and tomato juice (equal parts) on the dark circles 2 times a day.
Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice for dark circles under the eyes.

Apply vitamin E or olive oil.
Practice the exercise for eye puffiness daily.

Hydrating Mask~ Which do you prefer?

I having big problem of my skin recently..sensitive, redness, itchy, tight...until i fed up with it, bought a lot skincare product & try a lot skincare product, but on and off, the skin still cannot recover. To encourage recycling, skincare brand Origins is offering customers a special deal.

TAKING care of how you look should not come at the expense of the planet’s vitality. But how often do you find yourself not knowing what to do with the small containers of beauty products that you’ve just emptied?

Some may try to squeeze them among other plastic bottles for recycling but it’s not entirely certain that they would be recycled.

It’s thus timely that American skincare brand Origins commemorates Earth Day on April 22 with an in-store recycling programme that encourages the return of used skincare containers. Hopefully, this will inspire other companies to follow suit and turn the exercise into a permanent take-back policy for manufacturers.

Origins Malaysia retail operations manager Joyce Teh says that from April 1, for every cosmetic and skincare container (regardless of brand) brought in to the Origins stores at The Gardens, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur and Queensbay Mall, Penang, Origins will reciprocate with a skincare or body care sample.

“Anyone who brings in five used Origins containers at any one time will take home an Origins trial kit. The public is advised to start saving up their cosmetics containers. As we feel commitment to the environment should not be a one-time effort, the recycling programme will run for a year until the next Earth Day,” says Teh, adding that its impact will be assessed to determine the continuation of the project.

Currently, the recycling effort is restricted to only two locations due to a lack of space at its counters in department stores but Teh said the company hopes to extend the effort to all Origins counters and stores soon.

The brand, Teh adds, is working with a private contractor to separate and recycle the empty containers.

Customers are also encouraged to make a pledge to protect the environment by filling up a pledge card and then, hanging it up on the tree in the store. On Earth Day, five pledges will be selected and offered a prize. The winners will be announced on Facebook (Origins Malaysia).

Supporting a good cause

The brand is also supporting the Malaysian Nature Society’s nature club in schools (Kelab Pencinta Alam) as it believes that environmental education is vital in shaping a green mindset among young Malaysians. The initiative is a collaboration between MNS and the Education Ministry for the past 15 years.

To raise funds for the clubs, Origins will sell 1,000 pieces of the organic cotton bags (RM36 each).

Teh says the machine-washable bags, sourced from its headquarters in the United States, can be carried in larger handbags to make it easier for shoppers to use them instead of plastic bags.

When asked if the brand has considered sourcing the bags locally to reduce the carbon footprint of the campaign, Teh explains that producing the small quantity locally would mean higher costs. She reasons that the carbon footprint of shipping the bags from the States is negligible as they were shipped together with the skincare products.

Under the Origins Earth Initiative, the skincare business that started in 1990 and sold in 30 countries, is mindful of its ecological footprint. Its manufacturing facilities have instituted Environmental Management Systems to improve its environmental performance and reduce adverse environmental impacts over time. Its packaging uses certified sustainably produced paper, and 50% post-consumer recycled fibre and soy-based printing inks.

原因出在電腦所散發出的輻射電波。有效防電腦輻射有十個招數──

第1招：花草水份吸輻。在電腦旁放上幾盆仙人掌，它可以有效地吸收輻射。因為水是吸收電磁波的最好介質，可在電腦的周邊多放幾瓶水。不過，必須是塑料瓶和玻璃瓶的才行，絕對不能用金屬杯盛水。

第2招：每天喝2至3杯的綠茶，吃一個橘子。茶葉中含有豐富的維生素A，能使眼睛在暗光下看東西更清楚，菊花茶同樣也能起抵抗電腦輻射和調節身體功能的作用；橘子等維生素C含量高的水果，也具有抗輻射的作用。

第3招：上網前先做好護膚隔離。如使用珍珠膜等護膚霜；使用電腦後，臉上會吸附不少電磁輻射的顆粒，要及時用清水洗臉，這樣將使所受輻射減輕70%以上。

Dehydration means your skin is lacking moisture but not oil. Surface dehydration is a crippling enemy of the skin affecting up to 98% of the populations in varying degrees, and is associated with problems as diverse as scaly, taut skin, superficial lines and premature aging. In dehydrated skin becomes tight and irritated.

Home Treatment for Dehydrated Skin.
1.At least once a week treat yourself to a re-hydrating Homemade clay face mask for dry skin.
2.For dehydrated, parched lips you can use glycerine and milk cream.
3.Smoking is very devitalising and dehydrating on your skin. Even if you don't smoke, environments such as night clubs and bars, can affect your skin. Always ask to be seated in the non-smoking section in restaurants, and don't allow smoking inside your house.
4.Mix 2 drops of lavender oil with baking soda and water until it becomes a paste. Put on face and leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse. Moisturize. This light, exfoliating mask makes skin more receptive to moisture.
5.Wash only with tepid water (hot water causes moisture evaporation), and look for moisture boosting ingredients like: Phospholipids, sorbitol, and panthenol etc.
6.Drink atleast 8 - 10 glass of water daily.
7.Boil ½ Cabbage in 3 cups of water for about 10 minutes (boiling). Strain and cool the water. Wash face with the cool cabbage water. It’s great for Nourishing the Skin. The nutrients from the cabbage nourish the skin.

My Review:
I had tried this free face session (1hr), it totally free with no condition, but they will ask you to sign any treatment that suit to ur skin type/problems..
After the treatment, i make up after bout 2hrs..so came back home at late night, removed makeup, few my skin is really different--->pore minimize + redness had reduce, but after shower, omg back to same-red & itchy (maybe i used warm water)!!!
For my part, i dint sign any cox it is 4x from my budget for 1 session only (they encourage me to take 6times treatment...RM1300++ sure i wont sign..i will makan pasir if i sign it!)..but i bought the product package above as i had tried the moisturizing fluid (free sample), it really good for dry skin (compare from the thousand of products i had ever used..so wait my package above reach my hand, i will try it..if anybody interested..can ask me (even i know not much)

Topic 2: Homemade Facial Masks - Make your own facial mask ! Face masks for every type of skin

Below are some simple yet efficient homemade face masks that you can make and use in minutes.

Homemade Facial Masks for dry skin
Mask 1. Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 2 teaspoons milk. Smooth over face and throat. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

Mask 2. You will need:
2 oz/60g ripe avocado flesh
1 oz/25g orange juice
1 tsp/5g pure acacia honey
1 tsp/5g molasses
5 drops chamomile essential oil
Put all the ingredients in a blender, or mash by hand in a bowl. Add extra orange juice if the mixture is too thick. Use your fingers to spread the mask over your face and neck and leave it on for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer, before removing. Use a warm flannel to rinse off the mask - this will help gently exfoliate skin as well as clean your face. This mask will keep for a day or two in the fridge if you don't use it all.

Mask 3. Mash apricots mix it with warm olive oil to form a paste. Apply it on your face and leave it for 10 minutes, then wash off.

Homemade Facial Masks for oily skin
Mask 1. It works wonders - Grate an apple finely and then add about 4 tablespoons of honey. Mix it well apply it to your face wait 10 minutes and rinse.

Mask 2. You will need:
1 egg white
6 drops witch hazel
6 drops lemon juice
Whisk the egg white until it's stiff, and then add the remaining ingredients. Gently apply the mixture to your face, avoiding your eyes. Leave to dry for 15 minutes or so. Rinse well with warm water.

Mask 3. Tomato Mask: For oily skin, mash up a ripe tomato and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm (not hot) water.

Homemade Facial Mask for sensitive skin

Homemade Facial Masks for normal skin
Mask 1. Lettuce leaves are best home remedies for normal skin. Dip two large lettuce leaves in olive oil and sprinkle on them a few drops of lemon juice. Place them on both sides of your face, and then cover them with a paper towel dipped in mineral water. Wipe your face with a cotton ball soaked in warm milk, then rinse with boiled warm water.

Homemade Mud Masks for your face
You can mix Kaolin, Fullers earth or any cosmetic clay with a suitable liquid to form a mud mask. Mix the clay with the liquid to form a paste. Wash your face Pat dry your face Apply the paste on your face Leave to dry Rinse off completely.

2. BANANA MASH. Mash up a very ripe banana. Add just enough honey to make a soft pulp. Apply over face and hair. This is such a great firming mask that aging movie stars have been known to put it in the cups of their bras to make their breasts "perky."

Marie Antoinette's homemade facial mask : This wife of King Louis XVI of France was a legendary beauty. Many believe that this mixture was the secret of her clear and glowing skin - so much so that it's still used as a popular facial treatment in France. This mask is suitable for all skin types, but the witch hazel and lemon can be harsh on dry skin. If you indulge, be sure to use your regular moisturiser afterwards.
You will need:
1 egg
Juice of one lemon
4 tbsp cup non-fat dry milk powder
1 tbsp witch hazel
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix well. Alternatively, you can blend them together by using a fork or a wire whisk. Apply the mixture to your face, neck and chest and allow it to dry for around 15 minutes. Use the remaining cream as a cleanser to remove the mask. Then, rinse your face thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.

Honey Cleansing Scrub : Mix 1 tablespoon honey with 2 tablespoons finely ground almonds and ½ teaspoon lemon juice. Rub gently onto face. Rinse off with warm water.

To care for oily skin you should start with a gentle, foaming facial wash. This will remove dirt and oil without stripping away moisture. Even oily skin needs a moisturiser, but chose a light, watery fluid; this will be enough for your skin. Allow the moisturiser to sink in and then absorb the excess with a tissue to prevent shine.

Combination Skin Type
Combination skin is normal with a few dry patches and a few oily patches.
Dryness is usually on the cheeks.
Oiliness is usually on the T-zone.
After a wash some areas feel dry and some smooth.
By the midday the T-zone is shiny.

Most women have combination skin.

Caring for Combination Skin Type:
If you have combination skin use a foaming facial wash in the mornings to cleanse your skin. This will keep the oily areas clean to prevent blackheads. As the messages get forwarded along, the list of addresses builds, and builds, and builds, and all it takes is for some poor sap to get a virus, and his or her computer can send that virus to every email address that has come across his computer. Or, someone can take all of those addresses and sell them or send junk mail to them in the hopes that you will go to the site and he will make five cents for each hit. That's right, all of that inconvenience over a nickel!

(1) When you forward an e-mail, DELETE all of the other addresses that appear in the body of the message (at the top). That's right, DELETE them. Highlight them and delete them, backspace them, cut them, whatever you know how to. It only takes a second. You MUST click the 'Forward' button first and then you will have full editing capabilities against the body and headers of the message. If you don't hit the forward button first you won't have full editing functions . I particularly dislike having to scroll through 200 Email addresses before I get to the email.

(2) Whenever you send an e-mail to more than one person, do NOT use the 'To:' or 'Cc:' fields for adding e-mail addresses.. Always use the BCC: (blind carbon copy) field for listing the e-mail addresses. This is the way the people you send to will only see their own e-mail address.
If you don't see your 'BCC:' option click on where it says To: and your address list will appear. Highlight the address and choose BCC: and that's it, it's that easy. When you send to BCC: your message will automatically say 'Undisclosed Recipients' in the 'TO:' field of the people who receive it.< /SPAN>
That way you aren't sharing all those addresses with every Tom, Dick or Harry

robbed and slashed on the face two days ago in Taman Desa. She just

correct way to eat instant noodles without harming our bodies and health.

Normally, how we cook the instant noodles is to put the noodles into a
pot with water, throw in the powder and let it cook for 3 mins around
and then ready to eat.

This is the WRONG method of cooking the instant noodles.

By doing this, when we actually boil the ingredients in the powder,
normally with MSG, it will change the molecular structures of the MSG
causing it to be toxic. The other thing that you may or may not realized
is that, the noodles are coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5
days for the body to excrete the wax after you have taken the noodles.

So the CORRECT method, which you may or may not know, is to cook the
noodles this way -

1. boil the noodles in a pot with water.
2. once the noodles is cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away
the
water which contains wax.
3. boil another pot of water till boiling and put the noodles into the
hot boiling water and then shut the fire.
4. only at this stage when the fire is off, and while the water is
very
hot, put the ingredient with the powder into the water, to make
noodle soup.
5. however, if you need dry noodles, take out the noodles n add the
ingredient with the powder and toss it to get dry noodles.

坏处是：
1.紧张时添乱
咖啡因有助于提高警觉性、灵敏性、记忆力及集中力。但饮用超过比你平常所习惯饮用量的咖啡，就会产生类似食用相同剂量的兴奋剂，会造成神经过敏。对于倾向焦虑失调的人而言，咖啡因会导致手心冒汗、心悸、耳鸣这些症状更加恶化。

2.加剧高血压
咖啡因因为本身具有的止痛作用，常与其他简单的止痛剂合成复方，但是，长期大量服用，如果你本身已有高血压时，使用大量咖啡因只会使你的情况更为严重。因为光是咖啡因就能使血压上升，若再加上情绪紧张，就会产生危险性的相乘效果，因此，高血压的危险人群尤其应避免在工作压力大的时候喝含咖啡因的饮料。有些常年有喝咖啡习惯的人，以为他们对咖啡因的效果已经免疫，然而事实并非如此，一项研究显示，喝一杯咖啡后，血压升高的时间可长达12小时。

3.诱发骨质疏松
咖啡因本身具有很好的利尿效果，如果长期且大量喝咖啡，容易造成骨质流失，对骨量的保存会有不利的影响，对于妇女来说，可能会增加骨质疏松的威胁。但前提是，平时食物中本来就缺乏摄取足够的钙，或是不经常动的人，加上更年期后的女性，因缺少雌激素造成的钙质流失，以上这些情况再加上大量的咖啡因，才可能对骨造成威胁。如果能够按照合理的量来享受，你还是可以做到不因噎废食的。

好处是：
1.咖啡含有一定的营养成分。咖啡的烟碱酸含有维他命B，烘焙后的咖啡豆含量更高。并且有游离脂肪酸、咖啡因、单宁酸等。

2.咖啡对皮肤有益处。咖啡可以促进代谢机能，活络消化器官，对便秘有很大功效。使用咖啡粉洗澡是一种温热疗法，有减肥的作用。

3.咖啡有解酒的功能。酒后喝咖啡，将使由酒精转变而来的乙醛快速氧化，分解成水和二氧化碳而排出体外。

4.咖啡可以消除疲劳。要消除疲劳，必须补充营养、休息与睡眠、促进代谢功能，而咖啡则具有这些功能。

5.一日三杯咖啡可预防胆结石。对于含咖啡因的咖啡，能刺激胆囊收缩，并减少胆汁内容易形成胆结石的胆固醇，最新美国哈佛大学研究人员发现，每天喝两到三杯咖啡的男性，得胆结石的机率低于40%。

6.常喝咖啡可防止放射线伤害。放射线伤害尤其是电器的辐射已成为目前较突出的一种污染。印度笆巴原子研究人员在老鼠实验中得到这一结论，并表示可以应用到人类。

7.咖啡的保健医疗功能。咖啡具有抗氧化及护心、强筋骨、利腰膝、开胃促食、消脂消积、利窍除湿、活血化淤、息风止痉等作用。

8.咖啡对情绪的影响力。实验表明，一般人一天吸收300毫克（约3杯煮泡咖啡）的咖啡因，对一个人的机警和情绪会带来良好的影响。

饮茶的好处很多，概括起来有14条：

（1）茶能使人精神振奋，增强思维和记忆能力。

（2）茶能消除疲劳，促进新陈代谢，并有维持心脏、血管、胃肠等正常机能的作用。

（3）饮茶对预防龋齿有很大好处。据英国的一次调查表明，儿童经常饮茶龋齿可减少60%。

（4）茶叶含有不少对人体有益的微量元素。

（5）茶叶有抑制恶性肿瘤的作用，饮茶能明显地抑制癌细胞的生长。

（6）饮茶能抑制细胞衰老，使人延年益寿。茶叶的抗老化作用是维生素E 的18倍以上。

（7）饮茶有延缓和防止血管内膜脂质斑块形成，防止动脉硬化、高血压和脑血栓。

（8）饮茶能兴奋中枢神经，增强运动能力。

（9）饮茶有良好的减肥和美容效果，特别是乌龙茶对此效果尤为明显。

（10）饮茶可以预防老年性白内障。

（11）茶叶所含鞣酸能杀灭多种细菌，故能防治口腔炎、咽喉炎，以及夏季易发生的肠炎、痢疾等。

（12）饮茶能保护人的造血机能。茶叶中含有防辐射物质，边看电视边喝茶，能减少电视辐射的危害，并能保护视力。

（13）饮茶能维持血液的正常酸碱平衡。茶叶含咖啡碱、茶碱、可可碱、黄嘌呤等生物碱物质，是一种优良的碱性饮料。茶水能在提内迅速被吸收和氧化，产生浓度较高的碱性代谢产物，从而能及时中和血液中的酸性代谢产物。

（14）防暑降温。饮热茶9分钟后，皮肤温度下降1-2摄氏度，使人感到凉爽和干燥，而饮冷饮后皮肤温度下降不明显。

*喝茶优点不少但心律不整的人不适合饮茶

如何预防与解决粉刺问题

看着鼻头充满着小黑点，毛孔又粗又会冒油，很多人对着鼻头不知下了多少工夫，可是粉刺也始终没有绝迹过，总是挤不胜挤，挤完了干净个几天，又来了．．．。不知您是否也有过同样的困扰呢？

粉刺形成的原因与清洁不彻底导致毛囊阻塞、遗传、熬夜、气候、情绪与用药等因素有关。粉刺大部分都发生在脸部的T字部位，因为这些部位的皮脂腺较多，油脂分泌旺盛，毛孔也会自然的张开，这也是为什么油性皮肤的人毛孔会比较粗大的原因；若停留在毛孔的油脂没有清干净，会造成油脂、污垢、老化的角质阻塞毛囊开口，形成白色的粉刺，如果皮脂被氧化、黑色素的沉着就会成黑头粉刺，若再进一步经细菌感染时，就变成了青春痘。

如何去除粉刺？
◎ 粉刺出现时，尽量不要挤压，除非面疱中央出现黄点，即面疱已化脓时可轻轻挤压，使脓排出，有利面疱复原。挤压时可选用坊间所卖的青春棒等器具。使用青春棒前，应先将用温水洗脸，青春棒用75%的酒精棉消毒，挤压时将青春棒与皮肤成90度角，垂直的压在有粉刺隆起的部位将粉刺挤出；挤完后再用收敛水轻拍患部，以免毛囊扩张。
◎使用粉刺贴布：如妙鼻贴等去除粉刺的贴布。使用前先用温水洗脸，让毛孔张开与软化后再使用。应注意的是，若皮肤有红肿、发炎、伤口、破皮或过敏时，应避免使用，使用频率以一星期2次，每次不超过15分钟为宜。
◎使用粉刺真空吸引机：对于较大的粉刺比较有效。

如何预防粉刺？
除了以上方法外，坊间也经常会有新产品推陈出新，成效见仁见智，但若要全面扫除粉刺的困扰，还要从日常的清洁、生活起居、饮食做起，否则粉刺还是会源源不绝的冒出来。
1、正确清洗肌肤：清除脸上过多的油脂、污垢，避免毛囊阻塞，就能减少粉刺产生。
2、定期去角质：定期去除堆积在毛孔的角质废物，可促进皮肤细胞新陈代谢，避免老化角质阻塞毛囊口，引发粉刺。
3、选用适合的肌肤保养品：使用含有控油、去角质、抗菌等成份功效的保养品，有助预防粉刺、面疱的产生。而彩妆产品若能少用就少用
4、充足的睡眠：熬夜与压力容易造成生理时钟紊乱，导致荷尔蒙失调、影响内分泌，间接促使粉刺的形成。
5、避免过度曝晒于阳光下：过度曝晒于阳光下会刺激粉刺恶化，且肌肤黑色素的累积，亦会加深痘疤的色泽，延缓恢复时间。
6.减少摄取油炸、辛辣、坚果类食品，多喝水及多吃蔬果，加速身体的新陈代谢，也能有效预防粉刺的产生。
